- Rating: 2 out of 5 stars2/5I like the look of some of these recipes but the fact that the author has included whey protein in many recipes and even FISH SAUCE in the Red Thai Curry has put me right off! She obviously does not understand the vegan diet and has not done her due diligence or even had it proof read by an actual vegan.
