This year, coffee giant  began trialing its own fully vegan breakfast sandwich—not to be confused with its Impossible Breakfast Sandwich, which contains dairy cheese and animal-derived eggs—in select test locations in Washington and Texas. added its Impossible Handwich, featuring an Impossible Sausage patty and dairy cheese atop a sprouted grain bun (which can be made vegan by omitting the cheese), to its permanent breakfast menu. And those craving a heat-and-eat option any time of day can make a quick trip to Costco—vegan company ’ Meatless Sausage, Plant-Based Egg & Cheeze sandwich is available in the frozen aisle at locations in Los Angeles, the San Francisco Bay Area, and the Southeast. With all of these warm vegan handhelds now available at a coffee house or store near you, there’s no longer any doubt that vegan breakfast is the most important—and tastiest—meal of the day.
