Veganism and hypothyroidism

In 2021, I caught coronavirus. In the weeks following my recovery, I found myself plagued by debilitating fatigue, depression and muscle weakness. The experience was unlike anything with which I was familiar. Before my infection, I exercised multiple times a week. When I wasn’t working out, I was writing fiction for my degree. Suddenly, I found myself unable to do either. Within five minutes of a Joe Wicks’ workout, I found myself out of breath, unable to lift my knees or hold my arms above my head. When I tried to write a story at my desk, I often lost track of my writing; starting a sentence with one idea in mind, I’d forgotten my point by the time I pressed full-stop.
