    This book isn’t even vegan... Egg yolks? Uhm, which plant do these egg yolks come from exactly?

    Uuuhhh... last I checked, Feta cheese and "grass fed" butter were not vegan. Also, in at least one recipe, the ingredient list did not match the ingredients called for in the directions. This book seems sloppy, poorly researched, and completely mis-named. Don't waste your time.
