- Rating: 2 out of 5 stars2/5I have been on the keto diet for approximately one year and lost about 100 pounds. I am always on the lookout for new recipes or inspirations as I continue this WOE/WOL. After reviewing this book, the positives are that the recipes require few ingredients and are relatively quick to make. I found several recipes that I am going to use. However, there are several recipes which use canned soups [cream of chicken; cream of mushroom] -- these are not ingredients that I would use on a keto/whole food diet given that the ingredient label on these soups list "modified food starch" as one of their primary ingredients and then - in the case of cream of chicken -- states "contains less than 2% chicken and chicken fat" -- odd for soup named Cream of chicken. YMMV
