    2 Bananas

    One Cup Of Vanilla Yogurt

    One Tablespoon Of Honey

    One Half Cup Of Strawberries

    How to Make:

    Start off by adding the vanilla yogurt into a deep breakfast bowl and mix in the honey.

    Next, peel the banana and slice.  (Choose how thick you want.) Add the banana into the bowl with the yogurt and top with strawberries.

    Fruit and Yogurt Delight

    Combining yogurt and fruit is probably one of the simplest things for anyone to do today and you will enjoy doing it to!  Now, you can pick and choose your own little fruit combos but it doesn’t hurt to try out new things because you might surprise yourself over what you actually enjoy.

    Ingredients:

    One Cup Of Strawberry Yogurt

    One Cup Of Mixed Berries

    One Half Banana

    One Quart Cup Of Chopped Walnuts

    One Quart Cup Of Strawberries

    How to Make:

    Start off by mixing the yogurt in with the strawberries.  Then add the walnuts and mixed berries and mix in the fruit well.

    Peel the banana and slice it before topping the yogurt and fruit combo with the banana slices.
