About this ebook

Detective James Kelley gets called to the scene of a murder. Someone shot a socialite in the face ... with a bullet. While speaking to the husband, Detective Kelley is quickly distracted by the husband’s sexy personal assistant. She’s young, gorgeous, and as horny and ready as he is. Her lush body makes it hard for Kelley to focus on the case.
Things get dicier when he meets the victim’s sister. Tall, willowy, cool, and blonde, she’s upset about the tragedy, but not so overcome with grief that she can’t flirt with the handsome detective.
Detective Kelley has to balance the needs of the case against the needs of his body. If he isn’t careful, he’ll find himself in a dangerous situation with his prime suspect.
It wouldn’t be the first time.

Death of a Socialite - A Detective Kelley Mystery

Detective James Kelley stood over the body of a young, beautiful woman. Well, she was beautiful, until someone shot her in the face. The weapon wasn’t on scene and there was no identification on the body.

A security guard on patrol found her in the parking garage at Pacific Centre, after hours. That poor man was still puking his guts out, but had thankfully moved away from the crime scene before losing his dinner.

The only car left in the lot was registered to Jocelyn Bennett. Kelley assumed the car belonged to their victim, but they’d need the ME to confirm. The damage to the woman’s face made it impossible to positively identify her as Mrs. Bennett.

The rest of her was breathtaking. Bennett was tall, at 5’11", slim, with large breasts, long legs, and a long mass of golden blonde hair. He had no idea how much of her body was God-given and how much was enhanced.

    Damn shame, Paul said.

Paul Karr was Kelley’s partner. They’d been paired up for the past two years and it mostly worked for them. Paul was a by-the-books cop and Kelley was a little unorthodox in his methods. He figured it all balanced out in the end.

Yeah, someone really didn’t like her much. I wonder why? Kelley said.

    They’d been called in
