Kat finally agrees to go camping in the woods with her boyfriend, after months of listening to his appeals. Granger loves the outdoors and he's excited to share that with her. Kat isn't as enthusiastic, but she loves him and wants to make him happy.
Their campsite is very secluded, but Kat can't complain about the beauty of her surroundings. The serenity takes her mind off her troubles at work. Her boss with his octopus hands and her malicious coworkers are a distant memory. Now, all that she's concerned with is enjoying her time with Granger and not getting attacked by a bear.
Granger takes Kat on a hike to a nearby waterfall. He's very horny, so Kat isn't surprised when their playful romp turns into a sexual marathon. The marathon continues back at the camp until Kat falls into an exhausted slumber.
She awakes in the middle of the night, hearing a sound that she can't immediately place. Granger isn't in the tent, so she goes looking for him. She spots movement at the edge of their campsite. A wolf steps from the darkness and Kat freezes, fear coursing through her. When the wolf stands up, Kat is more confused than afraid, until she sees its teeth.
Kat turns to run, but the wolf is on her. Instead of teeth sinking into the back of her neck, she feels a warm tongue caress her. The wolf has hands instead of paws and it uses them to remove her clothes. When Kat struggles, the wolf growls out a threat and she's forced to succumb to its desires.
After this night, Kat's life will never be the same again. Nor will she look at camping in quite the same way.

Kat sat before her computer, trying to finish off the last few email responses she had to make before shutting down for the weekend. Her boyfriend was picking her up from work to take her camping. She was leaving early, but figured it would still be dark before they got to the site. Granger didn't like the provincial parks. He was taking her way out into the bush with no facilities, no paved roads, and no other people. He'd been asking her to go with him for months and she'd finally caved.
