The Ultimate Business Competition Guide - Aiden Sisko

    Introductions

Some individuals in business have created a mental monster in regard to business strategy. In reality, if you gain a thorough understanding of the dynamics of competition in your own industry you can easily develop a personal, effective strategy by answering one simple question: Is there any obstacle stopping us from doing things other companies cannot?

If you answered yes to this question, you are going to find strategy to be a critical aspect of your model. Any profits made will be directly related to the level of skill you display in defensive strategy, as well as in your management technique. Always be prepared to engage in the identification, understanding, anticipation, and influence, as you may have an influence on others.

If your answer was no, business strategy probably does not pose itself as a problem area for you. Because you have no advantages as a competitor in your field of choice, you must either begin to implement yourselves and your product and service very aggressively, or you must determine to leave the market area of choice, preferably to find a market more suitable to your model.

If your strategy is unrealistic to your business pursuit, the outcomes you see will usually be undesirable. While the use of strategy is very important in its own right, it is virtually useless when practice without skilled administration and top-notch management. Without the three working together, profitable outcomes will be slow and small.

There are three main points to focus on when forming a strategy of quality:

Form a very precise mental visual of where you want to see your company at in the coming years.

Identify the competition in your area of business. Determine any level of advantage they have over you competitively.

Keep a tight rein of management over any communication that occurs with other companies,
