About this ebook

Cooking Ebooks Minus the Wheat, Perfect for Gluten Free and Paleo Diets, Featuring Quinoa If you are a sufferer of gluten intolerance or gluten allergies you know how miserable it is if you consume gluten. Symptoms of gluten intolerance are unpleasant and include digestive issues, compromised immune system, headaches, skin problems, no energy and even infertility issues with both male and female. The gluten free diet, Paleo diet and diets that include quinoa is one way of helping to fight these symptoms, because the recipes do not call for foods with wheat gluten. These three diets are featured in this Cooking Ebooks. The Paleo Diet is very closely akin to the gluten free diet. The Stone Age people did not eat grains or legumes, but they focused on what the land gave them in vegetables and fruits and in lean meats. Research shows us these people were a healthy bunch, not suffering from obesity or cardiovascular disease and their life span was a lot longer than ours was.

Some will go with one or the other; however, these recipes are very similar and easily interchangeable. You can remain gluten free while choosing a recipe from the Paleo diet and quinoa diet.

Gluten Free -- By Chance or By Choice -- A Healthier Diet

Gluten Free diets are typically entered into by necessity, not by chance. That doesn't mean, however, that there are no real benefits to making the choice to go gluten free. In fact, for those who are considering a diet that may help to lower their cholesterol and make other positive, long-term health changes, going gluten free has some potential health benefits that may not have been considered.

Going gluten free has become a fairly popular new trend. You might even consider it to be one of those diet fads that hit the magazine and book shelves every few years. The difference is that most fads are not healthy and really don't help a great deal. This fad--which is not really a fad--is being seen to increase the energy and to improve the overall good health of many people who use it.

Celebrities such as Gwyneth Paltrow and Chelsea Clinton are finding that gluten free works for them, and it can work for you too. It's quite likely that you're seeing more and more gluten free products hitting the supermarket shelves recently. For those who have no food allergies and aren't concerned with gluten in their diet, going gluten free is something you probably haven't explored very carefully.
