What can we do to stay young?
Eat less – around 1800 calories a day (a little more or less depending on exercise levels and age of course). Eat a plant-based wholefood diet based around fresh fruits, mostly vegetables and a heap of legumes and wholegrains. Have a regular daily rhythm around bedtime, wake time, exercise time and meal
