    Introduction

    Living gluten-free and/or dairy-free is a real challenge. I needed to find ways of trying to improve my life, and have read so much information on the benefits of being gluten- and dairy-free; I thought I would give it a try. Living a gluten-free and dairy-free lifestyle has helped me. Now when walking into a store, the first thing I do is shop, not look for a bathroom.
