Due to an over-growth of Candida in her body Glori experienced serious health issues. Out of sheer desperation she became a master at reinventing recipes so that they were allergen free. With encouragement from her husband Glori wrote her first cookbook, The Yeast Free Cooking Manual, over eight years ago. It has now sold in over 25 countries around the world and helped countless people regain their health while still enjoying delicious food. Glori loves working with dietary restrictions and creating menus that are quick and easy yet mouthwatering! In all of her research, she has embraced the general guidelines of the Paleo diet focusing on organic meats, poultry and seafood, lots of fresh vegetables and fruit along with healthy fats. This diet is beneficial for those who suffer from auto-immune issues, diabetes, inflammation, are over-weight or have gluten intolerance. With the release of her third cookbook, The Top 21 Quick & Easy Paleo Recipes, Glori is quickly becoming recognized as an expert in the field of writing healthy, easy to follow recipes that taste great but satisfy your cravings for comfort foods. My Special Gift To You

    Special Note About eBook Formatting

I love reading cookbooks. I love collecting cookbooks. I LOVE COOKBOOKS!

Over the years I have collected hundreds of printed cookbooks and they give me comfort to sit and read them. They bring back memories of family dinners or special occasions.

As my husband and I began to travel more and stay for extended periods of time away from home I missed my cookbooks. I began to purchase new cookbooks as eBooks. And, many times I was very disappointed. The formatting would be wrong and the book difficult to read.

I did not realize until I began writing cookbooks myself how much of a challenge formatting eBooks can be. I have made every effort and spent countless hours working on templates that would make my cookbooks easy to use on any Reader. However, you have some control over the way the content looks. Most Readers give you the ability to choose background colors and font sizes. All of these changes can totally change the layout of an eBook.

With my cookbooks, you should be able to use any font size and read the book from vertical or horizontal perspective. But, there are so many formats and so many Readers I can not guarantee that this book will work perfectly on every device. I do apologize if you have any problems. I like for things to be perfect. But, this is one battle where I have had to wave the white flag.

In my opinion the best way to use this cookbook in the kitchen is vertical (up and down) and Scrolling instead of Page Turning (if your Reader gives you this option). This ensures that you can have an entire recipe on one page while you are cooking.

I hope this bit of information helps you and makes your reading and use of this book more enjoyable.

General Guidelines For Using This Cookbook

There are a few basic rules that you will need to follow when using this cooking manual. Remember that the goal is to avoid yeast. Yeast and molds can build up very quickly on foods. Because of this you should avoid leftovers as much as possible. If you do eat leftovers, heat them really
