Chai Tea Yoghurt Smoothie Bowl

Serve 1

A smoothie bowl so rich and creamy it tastes like dessert but is packed with your daily dose of nutrients.

• 240ml (8fl oz) almond milk
• 2 chai tea bags
• 2 frozen bananas
• 60g (2.1oz) dates, pitted
• 1 tbsp flax seeds
• 125g (4.4oz) oat yoghurt alternative
• 1 cup ice chips
• 1 tsp cinnamon

Toppings:

• 60g (2.1oz) frozen raspberries
• 25g (0.8oz) seeded granola
• 1 tbsp chia seeds
• 1 tbsp almond butter

1 Boil almond milk. Add chai tea bags into boiling milk and let steep for 5 minutes covered.
