Intro
So you want to build some muscle and you want to build it fast. So you’re sick of being the small dude in the gym and you’re sick of being bullied? You’re trying to impress some lucky girl or get jacked for a competition. Maybe you just want to put on weight for YOURSELF! You have come to the right place. One day I decided I wanted to be the biggest in the gym and did hours and hours weeks and weeks of research to find out what it takes to build muscle in the shortest amount of time. I didn't want to waste my time by doing these BS work outs. I went to all the bodybuilders and gym freaks to find out what they did to get huge. When it all came down to it, they said train hard and eat the right foods because there is no easy way out of getting into shape. I made my mind up that I was going to give up my life until I had the body I wanted. I knew if I could set my mind to this I could accomplish anything I wanted. Don't ever give up and remember success doesn't happen overnight. Stick to what I say and I promise you will see the results you want. YOU GOT THIS, TODAYS PAIN IS TOMORROW Gain!
Chapter One: The Basic
In this section of the book I will be going over everything you need to know and do before you get started on your journey to a better life. You will learn what body type you have, what makes muscles grow, things to ask before training and the Top 36 ways to put on muscle.

If you wish to find out more about what body type you have, take Body Type Test by answering some questions. I have had 10 of my friends take this test and all of the test scores were accurate.
Lights-Camera-Pictures
Before you do anything take pictures of your body right now. If you don’t have a camera, than get a disposable camera and get the film developed at your local convenient store. Next take measurements of neck, chest, bicep, forearms, wrist, waist, thighs and calves. The reason for this is to look back at your progress and your hard work. Gains maybe small at first and hard to see so don’t get discouraged because the measuring tape doesn’t lie.
Relax and Take Notes
Get a diary or small booklet you can write in to record sets, reps and weight you did in your training that day, so in the future you can go back and see how much you have improved and progressed. You can also use this to record your diet to help you keep a scheduled eating plan. I’m a visual learner and seeing progress on what I did last workout the day after pushes me to go harder. It’s a good
