The reader mispronounced many words. Most that were mispronounced were not even medical terms.

The script is great and the topic is great but the reader has a lisp and would get tongue tied because he speaks so fast. I really tried to bear it but just couldn’t. Tried the slowest speed and 1x but it did not help.

The reading was terrible and the mispronunciation of words drove me insane!

It really didn't give any real advice to how to fast and how to stop fasting. Really didn't give any concrete advice, I am no more prepared then I was before I listened to this book. And the reader was horrible. Way too fast and very monotone.

The narrator mispronounced many words, including intermittent, keto, ketogenic, glycogen, etc. It made it very hard to understand because you keep needing to guess what he is saying.
