Its a great book, simple and easy to read. Highly recommended - Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5I have watched Mel Robbins talking about the 5-second rule on an interview on a YouTube video and it was just a 10 minute interview but the 5-second rule really is mind-blowing. I am so grateful for this principle and also for this summary. It is amusing that she used real-life samples and did not change the names of the people who tried out the rule... also, i find the 5-second rule like the "so-what" principle... love it!

- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5In times of when things are falling apart, we just need at least one simple thing to push ourselves to go on and sail on, become more yielding, and to have a more satisfying life. The author shared her simplistic way on how she was able to be backed on the track - the practice of counting down backwards from five to one. Very inspirational!
