    Narration isn't great. It sounds like she's reading and I don't like her accent. It's hard to pay attention.

    After skimming and starting a few chapters, it reads kind of like clickbait, listing really obvious things. Also the first quote I noticed was from Teal Swan who is a cult leader with no academic training whatsoever.

    As far as I can tell this book is just filler "content".
