That last one is big for a girl like me who thinks that the entire month of December should be a national holiday. So, when he calls for my help in planning his firm’s holiday party, I can’t pass up the opportunity to grow my small business. Bonus, we make a deal, and he agrees to attend three holiday events with me so I can make him fall in love with Christmas. As if I’d pass up an opportunity to make a Grinch’s heart grow three times its size.

It isn’t long until I discover Andrew has a very real reason to hate Christmas and I start to see him in a different light. That’s when the Christmas miracle begins.

Andrew is such a hot British grump. Damn!!!!
That being said, I didn't like the ending and the epilogue at all. Everything suddenly became rushed and not at all fun. Still doesn't take away from the jolly good time I had reading 96% of this book though.

Piper Rayne is one of my fav romance authors…totally love this Christmas themed contemporary romance! Seemingly opposites are attracted to one another, with a touch of humor, in a tale that’s sweet and little steamy! Narration was outstanding!

This was such a quick, easy audiobook to listen too. This follows Kenzie who is an event planner and matches with a man on a dating app and his name is called Andrew. Andrew is a pompous English lawyer who is Kenzie’s brothers best friend. Kenzie loves Christmas and shows her happy, fun side on the date but it was horrible as he was quite rude. At Andrew’s Lawfirm the Event planner for the Christmas party resigned. Andrew really wants a promotion and remembers he went on a date with Kenzie an event planner but realises he treated her terribly and reaches out to apologise.

I really enjoyed this book. It was so easy to listen to as well. I loved that Andrew started to get into the Christmas spirit as the book went along and Kenzie was quite innocent and didn’t want to be in the way of things or make a big deal out of situations. Andrew was terrible at the start but grew in me.

This was a super cute holiday read. I saw the teasers on TikTok and got so super excited when I found the book through my library!

A blind date goes horribly wrong when Mackenzie shows up in an elf costume and Andrew absolutely hates Christmas. On top of that, they come to realize Andrew is actually Kenzie’s brothers best friend?? Their worlds collide when Andrew needs Kenzie’s help, and Kenzie is determined to change Andrew’s perspective on Christmas. It is the most wonderful time of year right??

Things intensify between these two. But current outside relationships and past traumas seem to keep coming between these two. Can they figure things out before they lose one another forever?

There’s lots of great banter, holly jolly spice, dusting of drama, and all around a fun light read!

Ending was rushed , wish it had gone on longer with more dates or something to flesh out the ending, maybe flying her to London to meet his parents?
Or had her getting to know him more by the time her brother's wedding was planned?
