About this audiobook
In this audiobook, that is narrated by a One Voice Awards nominee, insights in three key areas are covered:
1) How to Get Organised with ADHD
2) Managing Relationships with ADHD
3) ADHD & Women
These areas have been covered as they are underrepresented in print, digital and audio material. The topics cover the signs and symptoms of adult ADHD, along with how these can be effectively managed through a combination of knowledge and practice. Please bear in mind that this is not written from a diagnostic point of view, and I always encourage you to follow and seek the advice of a clinical professional for a diagnosis of adult ADHD and on the best method of treatment. This book covers the secondary literature and provides interesting analysis on some of the ways in which it can affect our organisational capabilities, our ability to form and keep relationships. We also discuss the rarely covered issue of ADHD and gender: i.e. to what extent and in way ways does adult ADHD affect women. We would love to hear from you so please share your thoughts via the reviews - and we would be most appreciative of any feedback! With love, Suzanne.

Reviews for ADHD
9 ratings2 reviews
- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5This was really useful as it covered three areas - ADHD and women, ADHD and relationships and also ADHD and organisational skills.
- Rating: 1 out of 5 stars1/5Disappointing; the book simply lists tips and tricks we’ve all heard before but without helpful insights. (Tips include: keep a planner and use post-it notes. Gee thanks.) The narrator’s repetitive cadence is annoying, very robotic. Not enlightening.
