The role of exercise in supporting your child with their ADHD
In each chapter my role is to provide a good snapshot understanding of what is happening in that space. It is not to provide a comprehensive and detailed analysis and assessment of that area, as the primary role of this book is to ensure that you are able to get started from the get-go with supporting your child/student with their ADHD. I have made footnotes and references for those of you who wish to delve a little further in each area, at your leisure.
