There are times this book jumps around so much I’m wondering if it was accidentally combined with another one. At one point, he’s talking about the vagus nerve, and the next minute he’s talking about marketing your business, research, and writing a resume, then briefly jumps to yoga and back to careers and skill building. I made it though 6 chapters and couldn't stand to listen anymore.
