I really liked this introduction to the Hawthorne family and their series of books. For some reason, in my mind I don't love the "friends to more" trope, but then it turns our that some of my favorite books feature that! Go figure!

How to Kiss Your Best Friend is an easy, clean RomCom that provided a nice distraction for me. I was able to listen to the whole thing in one day. It gave me motivation to clean the kitchen and do laundry even though I had planned on enjoying my rare afternoon alone reading a different book on the Kindle. No regrets!

I listened to the audiobook for this story and thought that the narrators did a nice job. I always prefer to listen, but I already own the next ebook in this series and am not sure how long it will be until the audiobook comes out. Such decisions...
