- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5Helpful steps, but the main takeaway for me was more about how crucial self-compassion is in moving past any kind of pain, including the fears that underlie procrastination... And yes I finished the whole thing ?

- Rating: 3 out of 5 stars3/5The book is really good, but the audiobook is not. Some phrases are repeated, some phrases are repeated ( just like that). It is not divided by chapters so every time it starts it's in the middle of an idea.
