About this audiobook

Of all the men on the Icehome beach, Thrand's the most competitive and most aggravating. He's cocky. Arrogant. Turns everything into a rivalry. He's a pain in the you know what.

He also keeps insisting that I kiss him. After all, I'm the one that told him a kiss didn't mean anything. It shouldn't. A kiss is just a kiss as far as humans are concerned. But Thrand's a clone, a race of people called a'ani, and he's been brought up to play hard and to win.

And he wants to win me.

But does Thrand want me for the right reasons? Or am I just another conquest?

Contains mature themes.

I love Ruby Dixton book's they always make me laugh. I loved the main character's and thought they made an adorable pair. The narrator's were awesome, they are both some of my favourites.

I loved the book, but couldn't give a full 5 stars bc I didn't see any real character development with Thran. He was the same childish, over competitive, albeit, lovable goofball in the end that he was in the beginning. Nadine just kinda got used to it. I wouldn't have wanted him to completely change, but at least a tiny bit of maturity was expected. I wanted to give 4.5 stars, but I couldn't so I'm giving a very enthusiastic 4.

I loved everything about this book! Thrand & Nadine suited it other and I loved that chemistry between them. She worked within her new reality and adjusted accordingly. She and Thrand did not play stupid and irrelevant ganes with each other or purposely hurt one another because were stuck in the past or trying to hold to past lives that was clearly over.

Darling escapism as usual from Ruby Dixon. Fun, erotic, and in this case Nadine gets "the very best man."
