- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5I wasn't sure what to expect when I first started listening to this book, but I was pleasantly surprised at the way the author listed down ways to cope. It was a great listen. Applying the steps the way it was described is simple, but I feel that it has helped so much already.
