About this audiobook
Some people in their midlife time period get trapped into what has been referred to as a “midlife crisis.” Others argue that such a phase does not exist, or if it does, then not everyone goes through it.
Despite the fact that life circumstances may vary between individuals, the truth remains that some people experience extreme sadness, losses, envy, depression, decreased libido, longing for youth or missed opportunities, and so much more.
Today, we will research this life stage more by looking at symptoms, solutions, false myths about the midlife crisis, and ways to prevent falling into it.

- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5This audio book needs to be given an award. That's how great it is. This was definitely worth my time. Lastly, a narrated book that gave me what I expected. Another point: The storyteller appeared to be so good that I would definitely listen to it again. Perhaps even more than once. I cannot remember everything that's being stated in these books, so it would be worth reminding myself of what was being said. I am trying to mention one thing negative about this audiobook, but I can't. It's simply too great. So without any further exaggeration, I simply believe everyone should think of listening to it.

- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5The author certainly knows how to say it flawlessly. I liked it so much that I might listen to it in the future sometime. The book discusses several points of view extremely well. It also dives much deeper in to the text. My favorite parts of the book were the last chapters, in which the final thought became clear.
