A lot - Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5I read the book in Romanian, but the translation seems pretty good. We are in the process of selection for Outdoor Holidays® and I remember I had the book on teh shelf for some time. I spent few hours reading it and for sure don't regret. Very easy reading; captivating, easy to understand and striped down to essentials. No useless yada-yada, no complicated math formulas, just what you need. Maybe to simple for a recruiter, but for a small business owner who just want to improve the recruitment process in the company and doesn't have time to read a lot theory , is just fine.
