Reviews for Powerful Phrases for Dealing with Difficult People
14 ratings1 review
- Rating: 1 out of 5 stars1/5Totally misleading title : nothing to do with "powerful phrases" nor "dealing with difficult people" (which WOULD have been great). Only generalities about communication. And A LOT of trivial and repetitive exemples that makes you feel like you're being talked to like a 5-year-old. All that is missing is drawings and animals.
