I am excited to bring you this simple, short and helpful series so that you have no excuses to get started and include knitting in your daily self care rituals.
As a busy mama myself I understand that you are feeling pulled in all directions - all. The. Time.
Knitting is a form of self care like no other.
It’s a little bit like meditation but you don’t have to sit still criss cross apple sauce…you can actually create something WHILE you are giving your mind and body a well deserved break.
And in the end you have something to show off and be so proud of. I am here to accompany you on your knitting and self care journey and this little beginner’s series will be so helpful.
