Take a minute and breathe,
And as you breathe,
Find your inner space.
That place of all you.

PAUSE

Keep breathing,
And investing yourself
In your inner space.

After all, it is your space;
It is all you.

PAUSE

And from this inner space,
Allow yourself to imagine
Sitting in a chair 
On a starry night,
Gazing at the cosmos.

PAUSE

And while gazing at the Universe,
Breathe,
And take in the realization
That you are part of the cosmos.
You are part of the vastness of creation.

PAUSE

Now breathe some more
Until you feel your connection 

To every star in the sky,

To every planet in orbit,

To every bit and piece 
Of the cosmos.

PAUSE

Imagine breathing in all the stars,
And knowing that every tiny atom
In your body
Also lives in each of these stars.

You are one with the stars.

PAUSE

Now breathe in all the planets
Of the Universe,
And celebrate that 
The molecules and compounds
Of these planets  
Are also part of you.

You are one with the planets.

PAUSE 

And breathe once more,
Taking in all the remaining 
Bits and pieces
Of the Universe,
Meteors, asteroids and more.

And know that they, too,
Are part of you.

PAUSE

Now, take in the wonder,
Take in the awe,
And delight in the knowing
That all things in the Universe
Are connected.

You are connected.

Now, and always.
