The waves of exhaustion,
Have been crashing too long,
Upon your beach of well-being.
PAUSE…
So breathe deeply,
And settle your mind,
And know that to surrender is freeing.
PAUSE…
Your mind is holding on,
To things it can’t control,
Keeping your body from rest.
So breathe deeply,
And invite in the calm,
And release all that is stressed.
In and out,
In and out,
Touching deeper every time.
PAUSE…
In and out,
In and out,
More oxygen feels sublime.
PAUSE…
Let your mind grasp on,
To these word it hears,
So it can free your body to let go.
Let it ride the waves,
Of these lyrics now,
So you’re relaxed from head to toe.

Imagine your mind,
Riding the waves,
That soften with every breath out.
Until the water has calmed,
And settled into glass,
So that sleep can come about.

The water is safe,
