Welcome to the Sleep Meditations for Women podcast, brought to you by the Women’s Meditation Network.
We women can carry so much on our shoulders. It’s no wonder that our sleep can often suffer. Anxiety, worries, fears, physical health issues...they all seem to pop up with intensity when we put our heads on the pillow, no matter how exhausted we are. And the sleep we desperately need alludes us.
I’m Katie Krimitsos, the creator of the Women’s Meditation Network. And after producing over 100 episodes of the Women’s Meditation Network podcast, my sleep meditations continue to be the ones most listened to. So I wanted to create the Sleep Meditations for Women, so you can have easy access to a library of guided meditations specifically created for women who want to fall asleep and stay asleep with ease.
Meditation is an incredible and natural way to help you relax your body and calm your mind so you can drift off into sleep. And when we get good sleep, we are more likely to wake up refreshed, connected, and ready to shine.
