Description

In early August, Dominic Fusco and his crew went to a local track to record their mile times. Although being a certified personal trainer and nutrition coach with two marathons and an ultra under his belt, Dom collapsed on the track and went into cardiac arrest. Thankfully, he was able to get necessary medical attention and recover. 

Today, Dom shares how his cardiac arrest experience helped him gain a better perspective on life. As a fitness content creator and mental health advocate, I was intrigued to chat with Dom and hear all of his insights, including how to avoid burnout and principles for living a healthy life - both mentally and physically.
