The same is true in weight loss. 
You just need to buckle down and focus and do more…whether that is more “clean eating”...more “portion control” …more time at the gym…just be more consistent.
 
I hear that A LOT from women who come to work with me…”I just need to be more consistent”

I cleaned out the Dieter's Mentality mind clutter and organized all my stuff. Now being on the other side and having taught my clients how to do that same…I can tell you it is SO INCREDIBLY FREEING on this side.
No foods off limits. No mind gymnastics. No more beating myself up. No more guilt and shame about what I had eaten or what I hadn’t done.
