There’s nothing like email, so if you haven’t started or are quite new there is so much potential there! The next is perhaps the most important email after the welcome email - the abandoned cart checkout email (23:08) Next is the behind the scenes email. I love these emails and jewellers do not send them enough! (26:43) It’s not about being an interesting person or having loads of things to say, it’s really about looking for an angle and committing to something.
