Off-road cyclist and gravel racer Chelsea Bolton joins us to talk about her adult ADHD diagnosis and the strategies that helped her stay focused as she became a professional racer.  Chelsea started her athletic career as a long-distance runner and transitioned to cycling in 2020 before winning the pro women's division at the 2022 Wasatch All-Road in Utah.
