Today I speak with IFBB Pro Kateryna Kauffmann, a 36 years old originally from Ukraine who moved to Canada when she was 11 years old as a refugee. She is a mom of two girls who are 15 and one and a half years old. Kateryna started competing in 2015 and first turned pro in the IFBB Elite. She switched to NPC/IFBB in 2019 when she then had a 4 year break due to COVID and having a baby. She earned her Pro card at the 2022 Toronto Pro qualifier and made her Pro debut the next day, placing top 5!   She has worked as an operating room nurse at a trauma center for the past 10 years and is also a posing coach.
