The Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists recommends at least 150 minutes of moderate intensity exercise per week during pregnancy. Alecs Donovan, former Welsh rugbyinternational player, hasfound the concept of Pregnancy Yogability. This incorporates some elements of traditional yoga with functional movement and the foundations of strength and flexibility in a safe environment for pregnancy.
