According to yogi philosophy, humans can attain spiritual growth and self-realization in different parts, according to their personality and temperament. You can do it through mental development, action, or wisdom - collectively called the threefold path, the path of attainment.Irrespective of whatever path you choose to follow - be it mental development, wisdom, or through your actions - you should always develop and strengthen your physical body to render it fit for your higher self and spirit to flourish.
