Description

According to the Yogis, the best kind of exercise is the one that calls the mind into play like games or sports or work. Exercise just for the sake of growing certain muscles and showing them off is unnatural. A healthy body is one in which all its parts are equally well-nourished, and each part can only receive proper nourishment if it is used regularly.Take long walks or bike rides around the woods or in your neighborhood. Join a sports team or participate in physical games with friends and family. Balance mental work and meditation with mild exercises such as yoga or stretching. When engaging in exercise, it is essential to be mindful of what you are doing and why you are doing it to achieve the desired results. Injecting life and interest into your exercise routine is crucial to avoid the monotonous and robotic approach commonly found in modern-day gyms. Put some fun into it and enjoy it. This will benefit both the body and mind, resulting in a sense of satisfaction and thrill that is truly unique. Thank you for listening to the Daily Yogi podcast!
