The Yogis believe the body is our instrument with which to work. A fitting temple for our spirit. They believe that which keeps a healthy person healthy will make an unhealthy person healthy. Whenever you are confronted with a choice of methods, plans, and theories, you should always ask yourself, "Which is the natural way?" and choose the method that seems to conform closest to nature. Including the ideas that will follow on this podcast. If they do not conform to nature, discard them.
