More about Millicent Dixon: Millicent Dixon is an educator in Wiesbaden, Germany teaching middle school-aged children. In this role, she mentors and teaches students to match their interests and skills with a career field and college path. Ms. Dixon helps manage all aspects of her school’s college preparatory program, including data collection, staff development, and program facilitation. She also teaches Strategic Literacy. Additionally, she facilitates groups in divergent thinking, leadership, and host nation school partnerships. She has also helped create and facilitate staff development in Culturally Relevant Teaching which has supported elementary and secondary teachers across Europe. Millicent’s varied background in assistive technology, audiology, hearing conservation, and educational leadership provided the perfect foundation for a teacher leader. Ms. Dixon has two master’s degrees in Audiology and Elementary Education and she is a lifelong learner.
