More about Brittany Payton: Brittany Payton RD, LD is a woman passionate about igniting high achieving women who shine in their families, careers, and other areas to no longer just survive but thrive as they turn from sickness and make a 180 to complete body wellness through realistic personalized strategy and intensive support to transform like never before. Through her coaching program (Well Body YOUniversity) and courses. From an early age, Brittany was intrigued by the influence of her parents who practiced healthy eating as she grew up. Further pursuit of that intrigue developed into a fulfilling career in nutrition, fitness, and wellness. Brittany earned a B.S. in dietetics from Michigan State University in 2003, then went on to complete a dietetic internship through New York Institute of Technology to then become a Registered Dietitian. During her college years that time she also grew more passionate about fitness which went hand in hand with her education in nutrition. This passion lead her to become an AFAA certified group fitness instructor and certified personal trainer training clients one-on-one, and leading a variety of classes such as, HIIT, and her very own epic dance party workout, Pop Up Body Rock that can be seen popping up all around DFW and the country. Through out her years of practice and experience, Brittany has provided fitness training and nutrition coaching to various populations to assist in the transformation of how they view and utilize food and fitness. She has had the opportinity to be a part of hospital medical teams, wellness programs, community nutrition programs, church health and wellness initatives, as well as her own private practice. She has a strong passion for public speaking and one on one coaching. She specializes in diabetes management, weight management, cardiovascualr health, and gastrointestinal disorders. Brittany guides women to a new path that allows them to remove the road blocks to healthy living. Her goal is to help high achieving women to love themselves into optimal health and fitness through her coaching programs and courses.
