Description

Justine is a long-time student & passionate teacher of yoga. She is trained in the Anusara Yoga lineage, an alignment-based practice of Hatha Yoga.  Her experience of perimenopause collided with her role as a mother to teenagers & a total lack of understanding about what was happening to her.
