Description

Olivia Jaras is an absolute powerhouse. I am just in awe of her work with women to help them realize what they are worth and get paid that amount. Takeaways:Women need to know what they are worth and know how to ask for it.All women have a gold mine between their ears and they just have to learn how to use it.As a society we determine a person’s worth based on the price tag they have. Whether we like it or not, money is a measure of worth. And as a result, it is also our primary measure of self-worth.Women use their multi-tasking tool against ourselves. By the fact that we don’t sense we’re worthy of money, we close off any opportunity to call it in and attract it to us.What you focus on grows.Every person was created with a gift - something that they bring that should be allowed to expand, grow, and proliferate. When you feel you deserve something your focus on it is very different. When you feel you want a million dollars, but you don’t feel like you deserve it, you’re not going to bring it in.But If you believe you deserve the money, then your mind will be open to receiving the it.  The emotional guidance system that women have is an internal guide that tells you whether you are getting closer or farther from your dreams. Your dream is a seed. It needs water, sun and a space to grow.A lot of women have been living with the seed of their dream for decades. They don’t move it forward because they think of all the bad stuff that happens as roadblocks. But you must see those roadblocks as gifts of contrast because there is never a point in reality that you make it clearer to you as to what you want.Being rich is having money, being wealthy is having time. There are a lot of rich people who are jerks, but there are also a lot of poor people who are jerks.Money is not the end goal. Money is the catalyst for your purpose. Don’t give it any more credit than that. It is just a resource. We seem to think that money is a scarce resource. but the supply of money has never shrunk. In fact it has grown. If you can get yourself to believe that you are worthy, then the snowball effect in inevitable. Worth and Money follow each other. There is no such thing as a fixed income because you have the ability to create other multiple revenue streams in your life. I certainly hope youCome talk to me here:Find me on my Website:https://www.lesleylmcshane.comFREE: Midlife in Motion ROADMAP I want more details on the MIDLIFE IN MOTION program:I don't need details, I want IN in the MIDLIFE IN MOTION program:Schedule a Kickstarter Call to get your nutrition and fitness on track!Connect with me on Instagram:Get Redesigning Midlife Weekly Updates:Find your community at the private Redesigning Midlife Facebook Group:You Deserve It Notebook: Goal Tracker, Planner, ...
