The brain can be rewired to love again. First ourselves and then others. I have come to see that love, especially, between the ages of 0-3 years old can solve a lot of mental health problems. The good news, we can learn how to love again and be loved. It is not possible to go back in time or change our past,  we can use neuroplasticity and learn to hug or smile, no matter what age we are. This episode is all about the brain on love. Learning to love living again lead me to begin to say yes to do things when I would normally say no. Outside signing up for a 100 mile race and doing comedy, I said yes to spending one whole Saturday, yes the WHOLE day, doing yoga, meditation, tarot, astrology and to cap it all off-a silent vegan lunch with 100 people NOT talking-that was by far -the hardest thing I have ever done. This all happened in the pouring rain in a yurt, in the heart of where the greatest human quest that remains, outside cryotherapy and cryonics, is for people to find themselves. The unending anxiety provoking life journey to realize, we do not matter.Whilst doing the warrior pose during the vinyasa yoga, my natural cannabis surged- I felt high as a kite, much like coming off the comedy stage. In butterfly pose, it hurt like hell- bam- the opioids came out and hit my brainstem. Exactly what happened while doing Wim Hof breathing exercises. OMG! Inside voiceI have found an unlimited supply to drugs.What happens if I get addicted to vinyasa yoga, meditation and Wim Hof method? I could end up wasting my whole life standing in a yurt and hours in horizontal position breathing. I can concoct a stew of my own addictive chemicals. I can no longer work or see my family and friends, because I am always thinking about looking for my next hit, when I can get away to a silent retreat, hours on a mountain on my own, or hours bending over stretched out. I cannot give it up. What a waste of a life. I could have been chatting with my friends on social media, laughing my head off binge watching Billions and actually helping the homeless.  The only solution. I joined meditative anonymous.
