Description
3 years ago, this week, I was lying in a hospital bed trying not to die from the excruciating pain I was feeling. Spoiler Alert: I did not die! In fact, it was during that painful experience that I actually learned how to truly live. It was during that period that I learned just how powerful the human brain is and that we can, if we choose to, focus all of our attention on anything we want. Because of what I learned and my ability to continue to apply it to my present life, I would not got back and undo any of it. It was among the greatest gifts I've ever received. Listen as I explain:
