Description

The plaintiff says he sold a canoe to the defendant, and the guy stopped making payments, so the plaintiff is suing for the money he says he is owed. The defendant claims he canceled payments on the canoe because it wasn’t safe for his kids. There were patched holes in the canoe, and the defendant wasn’t going to allow his children to drown.
The plaintiff claims he purchased a building, and the defendants were tenants with a pet grooming business. The defendants reportedly failed to pay rent, so the plaintiff is suing for the money he’s owed. The defendants insist they were running their business in the building for 20 years without any problems until the plaintiff purchased the building, and they deny owing a dime.
