HELLO FOODIES, this week we are Breaking Bread with wine expert and wine merchant Chris Connolly. Chris owns two shops, one on Dovehouse Parade in Solihull, another one in the centre of Birmingham. The one in town has an amazing and popular wine bar inside it, called Arch 13. Connollys take pride in offering exciting wines and spirits from all over the world, and are known for their friendly and extremely knowledgeable staff. Chris not only sells wine to the public, he also works with many top end restaurants. Helping them build unique and well balanced wine lists for their restaurants. A fantastic conversation all about wine, what Chris doesn't know about wine isn't worth knowing.
